Will tax be charged to my order?
Bestpresso is required to collect tax on behalf of local governments. Sales taxes are determined and administered on a state-by-state basis. Bestpresso has no jurisdiction over the rates imposed by the respective tax laws.
How can I modify or cancel my order?
We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations can be processed once an order is submitted. Our distribution centers package and ship orders as quickly as.

I have received Damaged, Missing, Expired or Incorrect items in my order. What can I do?
If you find something is missing, damaged or doesn’t belong in your order, please contact us as soon as possible via Email or toll-free phone at 718-532-2850. We are committed to providing our members with a perfect experience every time and will be happy to make the necessary adjustments.
Does Bestpresso offer free shipping?
All phone and online orders for $50.00 USD or more will ship for free with standard shipping.
How do I return an unwanted item or order?
We appreciate your business and look forward to do more in the future. If for whatever reason you no longer want a delicious cup of Bestpresso and have NOT opened the package, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price within 15 days of purchase.
Unfortunately if the package is open we will not accept returns due to health-code. We cannot process returns and exchanges for perishable items, such as coffee. Thank you for your understanding.
